Hi,
I’m Stacey, a grief coach who helps women establish a baseline of peace amidst grief, loss, and heavy life circumstances.
My experience with grief started young. Just 19 when my mom died, I was thrust into a world I never would’ve chosen, and there was a lot to figure out. Yet gradually, sometimes messily, and often with tears, I learned to trust myself enough to find my way, one day at a time (sometimes it was hour by hour). Beyond that, exploring my grief gave me things I would not have received anywhere else, like learning to lean into my intuition; to have unshakeable faith; and to create calm and peace internally, and in the present moment.
This experience (and the help I received along the way) led to my desire to help others in similar situations. After earning a master’s degree in social work, I supported NYPD first responders in the wake of 9/11. For the past 20-plus years, I’ve been coaching high-performers in leadership and personal development. Personally and professionally, I understand the layered complexities of big life situations.

Why do clients choose me?
The women I work with are navigating types of grief that aren’t as readily acknowledged or supported, such as:
-
Relationship changes — divorce, separation, or growing apart from someone you love
-
Job or career transitions — shifting into a new professional identity, early retirement, or a layoff
-
Empty nest — when children leave home, and the rhythm of daily life changes overnight
-
Health changes — mourning bodily abilities you once had
-
Friendship changes — endings that feel just as deep as a breakup
-
Loss of a dream or identity — when the future you imagined no longer feels feasible
-
Lacking a mother figure — going through life and milestone moments without your mother (maybe she’s deceased or the relationship is strained)
-
Becoming a mother — because that’s a whole thing in and of itself
